the problem is that the script is all text. and it would be a hefty download if i made them all waves. so i dont know what to do. i mean it wont hold the attention of a person if it is all text with only sound affects. oh and i also need at least 7 wave channels. or i can try to make all one wave for those parts(like a huge battle) but i dont think it will time up right. so if tom wants to add 6 more wave channels thats really cool. but then i still have my original problem. i cant have any voices. i mean i can have a few like yells and stuff.. but all of my movie? i dont think it can be done. so what do i do? would you be interested in watching a full leangth movie if you had to read it all? (well we did for crouching tiger hidden dragon.. but that had better fight sceans) | |

I don't think the audio or subtitles should be a big barrier. First concentrate on telling a good story and the rest will be icing on the cake. By the way, you might consider experimenting with showing the text in statpanels instead of the text window... this would put the "subtitles" closer to the place people are used to seeing them. | |

If people wouldn't watch silent movies to begin with, there never would have been enough interest in films for sound to have developed. I think a soundless (or speechless) movie project would definitely be worth pursuing. | |
