Okay, I already have a Training Computer that "magically" updates your points some how. I was thinking Genesplicer but not everybody in the game will be a mutant/super soilder.The training computer is for training battle points and all.
Now for training Powers/Skills, what should I have? I want it not to seem THAT realistic, but believable.... Overall, what I'm asking, what should I use/call the things that train skills/give you powers/advance your powers?

Hm...Hmm....HMMMM...H-(gets smacked over the back of head) ok ok well.. hmm lets think for a second How About Gene Enhancer ... but since not everyone will be a super human person... i dont really know >.<

Neural Uplink Computer - Scans your brain somewhat like a retinal scanner would work. It would see what you know, and what you can learn at the point you use it. Then it displays what you know, any upgrades to the skills you know, and new skills you can learn.
