Just recently, when I've been trying to play games, I've noticed how extremely long it takes for it to say, "Your game will begin shortly". When I first clicked "Join" to get into a game, it takes minutes to just open it. I've only started getting this problem today. I've uninstalled and reinstalled BYOND which means I am using the updated version. Any idea why this is happening?

It sounds like it may be a problem with your flash player (used to run ads). Try reinstalling it, and see if that helps.
