Ok, the title may sound strange but I will explain...
I use my old notebook to program in python/java and to play BYOND games or roguelikes.
I found out that using python's IDLE and any IDE for Java is too heavy for my notebook, so I just write the code in Notepad++ and run the code using the prompt. This way is much easier for my PC.
BYOND games use to run OK but now they don't and I'm guessing that is because the pager changes. So i thought "If I execute the dreamseeker using the prompt without open the pager it'll run faster"
So my question is: Can I login and enter a game using the Windows prompt?

The login is handled by the pager, so you need the pager to actually get onto your key.
