I've been thinking of a new leveling system that most RPG's on byond could use. It is based off the Job system of Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. As you fight or gain exp you can go into a "school" to learn about certain skills of a class, say you are level 1 you go into their to pick your basic class, "Knight","Healer","Wizard","Mage". You pick one to study under and you become that class with a set of basic abilities which you master to learn forever. If you change your class with only mastering say one of the three abilities then you only get to keep that one skill. To make sure a player can't learn every class ability and become an ultimate thing you put restrictions and requirments on jobs. Say a Wizard's restrictions would be no Knight abilities or something, then it will ask you if you want to forget the ability which is stopping you from learnign the ways of a wizard. As you gain experiance and abilities new classes become avaible with say 4 Knight abilities to become a paladin or something. Anyway understand what i'm tryin to say? I may make a demo of this today based on the replies of this post, remember I am not one to explain in detail of something so I may have to make that demo for you to understand.

Warriors level up quickly and stronegly.
Mages have strong magics
Citizens are universal, they can use anything but need 3X more exp to level up.
At anytime you may choose to change classes.
