Yah thats cool. You have my permission to use me in your game if you would like. Feel free to poke fun at me :)

Not without permission there shouldn't. Lexy would never give permission for herself to be included in any game, and I know I wouldn't either.

I would if it were a structured process and I got to have the say on my character.

Would you really need permission to mock someone in a game? If so then Grei is a bad bad man for The Mis-Adventures of Light_Samurai =p.

You don't need permission. That is part of freedom of speach. However there is a line it crosses sometimes where it turns into harrassment.

It is just a good idea to ask. Otherwise, if someone you used didn't want you to put them in your game, they could say it to everyone and you'd earn a bad name. I doubt reviewers would accept a game that didn't have the permission either.

You don't need permission if it's a parody. But, as described so far, it's not a parody... it's an "Ooh, it'd be cool to have BYOND people or characters from popular BYOND games who could fight with each other" game. And, as you mentioned, there's still the threat that it's libelous -- if you're making a parody, you have to exaggerate facts, not invent new ones. That Anti-Bush Game, for instance, qualifies as libel because, while it does use facts verbatim, it totally ruins the merit of those facts by spreading slanderous lies... Bush peeing on people's heads is the "trickle-down" effect? That's so funny I forgot to laugh. =P

If someone wants to make fun of me, I can handle it... but if someone wants to give me faint praise with some kind of character which doesn't even capture my individuality at all, I'd say !&@# that. Since I've never seen anyone around BYOND prove that they're capable of doing something that delicate, I'm pre-emptively saying "no, don't use me in such-and-such so-called cool game". =)

Well Well Well...
I would make a game like this but then engine has proven annoying to construct...
And as this post states Haven is making one...
But this could work out =P
See maybe I could help Haven make his game..
I am good with the secret character unlocking ideas...
And I would not want much just a character in the game=P
Anyway I will update if this prject goes any farther.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm Bacon.
