The windows look like this one ripped ice icon that everybody has.

Also, the "3Dness" of the buildings is unproportional to the rest of the icons and looks awkward.

If you want to learn a lot about pixel art, such as shading techniques, try Tsugumo's Pixel Art tutorial.

Wildrogue-"The windows look like this one ripped ice icon that everybody has"

-The windows I made are just a blue background with lighter blue streaks through it... nothing to big. And it does look like ice. But that doesnt mean i ripped it.
