Code decompiling is hard ..
It will be very easy to make decompiler if you get DreamMaker source code

Just getting the source code for DreamMaker wouldn't cut it. You'd have to understand how the compiler works well enough in order to reverse it, and as it has been said, the only one who understands it well enough to do that is Dan. Not even Tom knows it that well. It certainly wouldn't be "very easy".

The .rsc for a game can be had WITHOUT having the host files.

I've seen a game or two(Namely Seika II) that has you download the rsc onto your computer when you login. Supposedly it reduces lag. After I logged into Seika II, I was looking through My Documents and found a Seika 2 folder in there with the rsc in it. And what do you mean by "host files"? The .dmb and .rsc?

Actually, only Dan ever had anything close to a decompiler, and it barely worked.

Aha! I found you out!
Here's the full story:

Dan was minding his own business and he managed to finish his decompiler. He showed it to Nadrew. Nadrew, seeing that he would be able to steal the sourcecode to his game(s), quickly knocked Dan out, removed the decompiler and put Dan in a bag and thrown him inside a cage of some sort.

Now we have a means (bag), evidence (basement, reports from several BYONDers) and a motive (threatened by the decompiler).
We know what we must do... storm Nadrew's basement!

Knowing Nadrew its more likely he just wanted the decompiler for himself.
