In any case, for this game, I think it would be a really bad idea to use the sprites you're using now.

Since this seems to be on the cellular level... you should make virii and bacterium and cell sprites (or get someone to make 'em!)

Get a better background too.

As far as customization goes, I don't really see too much...
I mean, for Bacteria, there's a good deal more you can do.

Thank you for all your input anyway I'm going to change the icons and the background, Also does any one have any ideas to improve the game (please do not suggest graphical improvements).

Work on the gameplay concept to the point where you know every detail on how the game is going to run.

Just a few basic questions

How does a virus or bacterium attack cells?
What about reproduction?
What challenges will players face, and how do players overcome them?

What about reproduction? You reproduce by using the chromosomes inside the nucleus of a cell
What challenges will players face, and how do players overcome them? You must fight White blood cells, other viruses inside the same body, and medicine that the infected person uses, to over come the WBC you must shut down the immune system and to over come other viruses you need engulf them, to overcome medicine you must make the body reject it. After you overcome the challenges you must infect another peson and start a plague.
