i want it to be completely different to those other games
like choose your ninja way when you first log on
and that sets the scene for what kind of character you will be
any people interested in helping with the coding, iconing, mapping, hosting
all that stuff needed for a game to work
because i dont really have the brains to be able to do that

Seriously, think of a new, more original name (as original a fangame's name can get...)

Er, doesn't Naruto GOA already have that, and a whole bunch of other games? Any more unique ideas you may have about the game?

It would help if you leave your contact information as well if someone needs to send you their work and such...

Would "don't make another stupid anime game" work for you?
i had that same idea, didn't do it, but had it. If you could get a game based around that it might do well.

Why must you and most people create or rip a game and slap the naruto name on it?

This one isn't even going to rip a game. He's asking if anyone is willing to make this game (if you can call it that) for him!

Which translates to "I'm too lazy to learn to do anything".

As the title says, you have a new idea.

Then you go and ask for ideas. Does that make sense?

I didn't say everyone ripped, if anyone read my post correctly they would see that I said, "create OR rip".
Here's an idea.

Instead of making a Naruto game, you should consider researching bushido and making a historical samurai game. You can join one of four warring clans as a bushi. Your oath is to your lord, and your life is forfeit should you ever do anything against him. You are a master of the yumi (bow), the katana (long sword), the tachi (hand-and-a-half long sword), the nodachi (two-handed sword), and the wakizashi (short sword), and can choose to train in daito- (long swords), shoto- (short swords), or daisho- (dual-wielding of a long sword with a short sword). You may also use a tanto- (dagger), but cannot train in it as it is not an honourable weapon.

Every few minutes, the headmaster of your clan would create a random mission (like "Escort a Wagon" or "Guard a Camp"), and another clan would receive a corresponding aggressive mission (like "Attack a Wagon" or "Raid a Camp"). The missions would have a pre-set number of warriors on each side of the battle (for instance, 8 on side A, 6 on side B).

When you join the mission, an NPC in the mission on your side is converted into you: the NPC is deleted and you spawn in his place, with all your equipment, and if the NPC was riding a horse, the NPC's horse is deleted and your horse is spawned in its place.

The "Fifth Clan" is a ninja order of shinobi assassins profiting from the struggles of the others. Player membership in the Fifth Clan is not possible. Ninjas are glorified by Naruto, but they were likely merely highly-skilled murderers and thieves for hire. On some missions, instead of being faced with another clan, you might face one or two ninjas of the Fifth Clan. The ninjas are extremely agile because they wear no armour and have trained well in dodging and rolls. The best strategy to protect yourself is not to expose your back.

Some missions would not generate opposition missions, and these would be "quiet missions". You still get your pay for the mission, of course, but you wouldn't get any bonuses for killing the enemy warriors. Without knowing whether a mission was quiet or not, you would always be alert, afraid of a possible ambush -- and if you let your guard down and you do walk into an ambush after all...

You can only join the mission within the first few minutes, and each mission would last anywhere from five to ten minutes (or until one side defeats the enemy).

Gameplay amounts to using strategic swordplay combat, involving a methodic "dance" of button tapping. Any attack you make costs action points, while any defence you make costs action points and costs the attacker some action points. You regain action points quickly at a rate of several points per tenth of a second whenever you are not performing any action, and can let them build up for a few seconds in order to build up a large pool of points. However, if the enemy can manage to block your combo in its entirety, you will run out of action points before the defender does, and can wind up being slain. Better samurai have greater maximum reserves of action points and regain their action points faster, so a weak warrior attacking a powerful warrior will probably exhaust his own points against the powerful warrior's defences, and then wind up being slaughtered by the powerful warrior who still has many more action points to spare.

Regardless of implementation, combat should be short and brutal. Death is not permanent, of course; you are out of the mission and you do not get pay for that mission, nor do you get any successful training, as you have dishonoured yourself and your Lord. Losing a mission also means no pay and no training, for similar reasons. However, you do reappear at your Lord's Castle and may then take another mission at your leisure. Just gloss over the logic behind respawning and don't bother writing up an explanation.

Have fun.

Jt, that game idea sounds so awesome it can't NOT be made into a game!
