In case you missed it, I shared a throwaway game idea here that you might find interesting to look at. It focuses on samurai and bushi instead of ninja, which I've always figured is far more entertaining -- there's actual honour involved instead of "see who can stab whom first".

Well actually this ninja game has nothing to do with Naruto if you're saying I'm making a Naruto game. If you said that as an example, ignore this post.

Yeah, the Naruto statement was in response to the poster in the other thread. The reader's attention is directed more towards the mission-style gameplay and the design synopsis. =)

What made me link to that particular post is the fact that you mentioned schools/academies, which instantly tipped me off regarding the four warring clans in the other post -- the similarity of the game concept made me figure you might be able to import none, some, or all of the other concept's ideas into your own, if you wanted.
