Im well on my way to making HoloBattlers, a Pokemon-like game in which creatures of different elements fight in an arena, level up, evolve, and learn new attacks. Id like to make this game unique, and so Id like to know what some of you think is missing in the Pokemon games, that you would like to see. Anything at all such as battle system, character creation, anything that may help me make a unique game with what many Byond users will want to see.

Yeah, that would be cool, too. 1+ VS. 1+ VS 1+ and so on would be pretty fun also; some people might form "alliances" though...

Personally I would like to see a 1 vs 1, based on a Real time command based battle system, yes its very unique. Would make it myself but...lifes on the way of me making anything atm -.-

My game is 1v1 real time. Trust me, it's way too difficult for Omega if he ever wanted to create a semi decent AI.

Ehh.. Alright. One, I aint coding, thus Im not thinking it will be to hard. Two, as for battles go, You have 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3, 1 on 1 on 1 on 1 and 2 on 2 on 2 on 2. SO either 1 player vs another, who can have either 1, 2 or 3 battlers out at a time, depending on the match type, or you can play 4 people against, in a team, each with up to 3 creatures in battle. Three, we will have custom clothes, hats, etc., the fighting system is, in my opinion, decent, And at one point there will be a Creature Creator. Anything else I might have missed?

3+ on 3+ battles.
If you're talking specifically about BYOND pokemon games:
A good attack system
Good icons (I hate those large ones some games use!)
Good everything
The pokemon getting every attack it's supposed to learn
Proper game mechanics (or at least the important ones)
