I know the Classified Ads are misused plenty of times, but I would like to know how to ask for help the right way. And once I get that help how do I manage and organize them correctly? I really think someone should make a tutorial on that.
Someone did, in a round-a-bout way. Check Lummox JR's tutorial covering datums. He explains how they can be used for teams and groups.

Very informative article but not quite what I was looking for. Maybe I should look for a book on the philosophy.

From what i gather, you are asking how to manage your development team that you hire?

I'm not experienced enough in that area to help, but i though i'd clear it up for those that didnt understand before. If i got it right, that is :S.

Don't change the way you wish your game is headed.
When posting in any classified section on any forum in the internet it's good to make use of proper grammar and punctuation. Not only does it mark a sign of intelligence but it shows your maturity as well. In your ad just make clear exactly what you want and how you want it done, if you have areas of your project you are leaving open for discussion than make sure you say that. Also make it very clear whether or not you are offering payment, that can be the deal breaker for a lot of people.

Once you have a group of people willing to work on your project the best way, in my opinion, to handle them is to be very direct in what you want done. If people in your project are lazing around, it's probably best to scrap them and look for someone new because those people aren't serious. Depending on whether you are offering payment or not really determines the outcome of how people should be treated as well. If they are being paid they should definitely be expected to have completed their tasks according to the person who's paying them. If there is no pay then it really is up to the person who's working for you to be willing to put in the effort.

If you are talking about how to manage your project with a group of people than that is really up to how you and your fellow workers can combine each others work flow.

There are people who work in the field and write books about it. I'm sure they understand project management a lot better than us* :)

* with the exception of a few people here who I know work in the field

Nope, Taylor's "Motivation in Theory" only really works for manual labour. I'll make a post on this on the DevTalk blog this evening, as an introduction to attracting a team. Project management is a big area, so I'll need to make it a group of blog posts to provide the basics.
