Need help from teleporting one map to another.

Listen, I really need help. Yes, I'm having trouble with NPCs but I can fix that. I'm having trouble and I can't find the answer. I need help with Teleporting. I've seen in a lot of games where you step into a star or something and your teleported to a different map. How do you do that?
