I'm a bit confused with the hub usage

I have a hub entry for BetaQuest but how do I tie it with a server hosting?

Also, is anyone out there hosting on www.dreamhost.com I'm having a bit of trouble installing the host software, thought I would ask here since its listed as one of the recommended sites.
