This utility is mainly to assist the servers that tend to crash throughout the day or need some maintenance. Additionally, it is open-source. You can make your own variations and organize a way to share your updates with others in the forums.

If you do download the sources, please read the Documentation and Notes.dm file. There's some information in there. However, there isn't any documentation. I can update the documentation if anyone willing to write up some for me.

Would it be alright for me to post the source on Github? This way, if someone wants to make changes it can be easily shared and such. If I do, I'd like for a link to the github to be added to the description.

By all means, go ahead. Doesn't bother me. It's already open-source anyways. I'm just not going to put forth effort to manage it to that extent.
