BYOND Summer Movie Festival

Write a movie script for BYOND Movie Theater

Rules:
  • Must use at least one of TBA genres & subgenres
    if a subgenre have subsubgenres you don't have to use them
  • Write the script in this format:
  • All entries must follow the US legislation and be classed as legal.
    Using materials without the copyright holder's permission, will result in disqualification.


Prizes:
  • 1st Place - 1000HC & 75% of any money make from the movie
  • 2nd Place - 500HC & 50% of any money make from the movie
  • 3rd Place - 250HC & 25% of any money make from the movie
  • HC = Hub credits
    if I get a lot of scripts I'll change the prizes

All entries must be e-mail by 2/28/2014, to [email protected]

Judging:
Judging will be by me, and competitors can vote, but only on other people's scripts.

  • Those wishing to contribute to the contest via funding, hosting or judging,
    can contact me through the pager or by e-mail
  • You can write more than 1 but you will only get 100HC & 20% of any money make from the extra movies

Reminds me of the days of working on Movie Maker BYOND. I originally planned on allowing BYONDers to make their own movies BYOND-styled.

I even one time had ideas for having award ceremonies. However, that project has not been worked on in years due to being busy with other projects and life itself. If I get a chance, I might open the original Movie Maker BYOND test release's source to the public (though very old from 2005 and doesn't contain much except for basic recording capabilities).

You have to exit the theater & start "tWatSLK.dmb" yourself
