The Mr.Minigame NPC is bugged,
When talking to him he says you need to w8 couple of minutes until you can play a mini game again,
The bug is: That moment will never come...

btw the hotkey bar is bugged too,
when i relog it getting messedup...
(Numbers & Icons etc...)

avi ... the hotslot bug were fixed in update ... and sometimes that happen with the mr.minigame, but you just have to tell an admin to reset your variables.

here a good advise add a verb in the commands to reset vriables for players to fix them self...
(like in nnl)
