Seriously? So lets recap. You train with Madara and get strong enough in a short amount of time to stand toe to toe with someone as talented as the Hokage, you control the Nine Tails and send it on a rampage through Leaf Village, manipulate the most infamous group of criminals in the world ( Akatsuki ) to help you capture 7 tailed beasts and a small portion of the remaining 2, start an entire Shinobi World War, and attempt to cast a global illusion onto the planet so there will no longer be "individuals" all because... a girl you had a crush on when you were 13 died during a mission. Seems legit.
Yo, maybe if like, you hadn't risked your life saving Kakashi's clumsy butt, you wouldn't have gotten flattened by a boulder and would've been able to guarantee the survival of Rin yourself. I mean if you watch the story of what happened, Kakashi did nothing but screw up the entire time. He couldn't keep track of Rin, he got his eye slashed, the incompetent brat couldn't even run away without tripping over his own foot, and the only reason he made it out alive was because Obito gave him the Sharingan. He's worse than Krillin. At least when Krillin ruins everything, he comes in handy because he walks around with senzu beans all day. What does stupid Kakashi walk around with? Oh yeah, a mask over his mouth. Useless. Obito only has himself to blame for trusting an idiot to take care of his girlfriend.
And don't even get me started on Orochimaru... I'm so tired of that pathetic transvestite being apart of the story, I thought he got sealed away in a sword by Itachi? Then suddenly he can just crawl out of some girls neck and be alive again? Give me a break please.

I totally called it. Everyone fought me over the Madara/Tobi thing. I told them, come on guys. ToObitoBi. It has Obito in the middle and it has Tobi with the leftover letters. How is this not obvious?

Agreed, I stopped watching Naruto shortly after this had happened in the manga.
Of course I had stopped watching for unrelated reasons (FILLER), but knowing I'd be walking back into a retconned nonsense plot like this doesn't really make me want to start in again. | |
