How do I make links within browse() that call other procs?

Problem description:

I'm working on a dialogue system, but for it to work, I need links in the browse() proc. How do I do this?

I believe Forum_account had a Javascript library that lets you call procs in DM through Javascript. Other than that I don't know how to.

The reference entry on client/Topic() gives some examples of how to create a link that triggers a Topic() call.
