games not working

hi none of the games are working i click join it say launching BYOND world.81317175... never pops up and cant clear chache becuase it keeps saying close all byond programs but all are closed. Now i tried deleting everything and downloading the new version, and this time when i click join nothing pops up. Please help and thanks

im logged into my pager and also website.now facing problem where byind game open up after some time like 5 hours later, but other apps open fast. dont think its like internet problem so not sure what to do? i tried clear chache manually some programs wont delete. one is called byond.rsc and byond.rsc.lk.

ya ive been playing byond for a long time, problem happened on sunday

i cleaned the computer deleted a bunch of useless junk, but still byond games load up after 3-5 hours. not directly.this problem is only on one account
