Descriptive Problem Summary:
Was killed whilst playing as Tobi, even though I had my 1 use of Izanagi available, it didn't trigger and I stayed permeantly dead for the rest of the round
To note some extra variables about that issue:-
- I didn't die or sub out of a death prior to this
- I was killed by a projectile
