this is using the call() proc and the click() procs, if you have enough experience, you can do it on your own.(Which I have done)

neither the call or click procs are involved in this
just make a macro type file (when u hit file > new, select macro) and put something like this in it macro F being the key you want Interact being the verb name, leave the ""s around it EDIT: also, on byond 4.0, macros can be setup through the interface file |

This style is being depreciated due to BYOND skins and interfaces. Macros are easily made in the interface editor, and it is also possible to include more than one interface file.

eh, from what ive seen of 4.0 its still better to use the old method, the new way is all screwy.

on my game, u type in text in the say verb, and u send that message to do it.
is there a way i can make it so in my game, people define what they want to set as a macro so every time they press that key, the text will be automatically put into the text area, waiting for them to press enter to send it? |

The reason why i said the Click() and call() procs would be involved because he said "GOA" which means he's referring to it's hot slot system.

hot slot... lol
hes refering to when u press 1 it executes the number 1 hot KEY setting. not how to select them, which btw, the way GOA has hot key selection setup is retarded, u have to like double click the skill, pick hot key, then pick a number... lameeeahhhhhhh DRAG AND DROP BABY |
