Look at Zilal's Z tutorials, they are most likely much better than someones source.

I'm not sure if anyone here would be comfortable lending you their source, but there are lots of great tutorials on this website. Also if you're still not finding what you want then just do a search on the forums, there's a high chance that someone has ran into the same problems as you have.
