Icon bug in DM

it seems whenever my icons are in the same place period as in folder or open at the same time as my DM that my DM skips over them and doesnt read them and cannot find it unless theres 0 bytes in it

any ideas?

You mean it won't read them when you place it when DM is open?

no what i mean is if i open DM then open my game enviornment
if i make a new icon it wont work if its in the same folder as the enviornment or if it is open with the enviornment

if this helps any
whenever an icon is used in my DM it doesnt get sent to rsc even when i do save it in the enviornments folder
therefore making the file invisible to the compiler

if anyone can fix it tell me how

Are you compiling?

and don't be afraid to put periods and commas in your text, because right now it seems like you're talking really quickly.

Are you currently hosting the game in dream daemon or running it in dream seeker?
i ushally get that message if im using the file from another program... like have the folder open as same time as my dream maker client. just try exiting everything but the dream seeker and compiling.

Translating what Nate said, close any instances of the game open. Dream Seeker playing it, Dream Daemon hosting it, close it.
