I guess nobody else wants to win anything. Prizes will include extra BYOND Membership time, extra file hosting space, BYOND Store items, and more. I'm still taking reasonable prize suggestions (as of right now I'm doing this myself, so you can't bankrupt me!) and we'll award the winners' choices at the end.

Postcard #4 gives us our first double winner!

Day 6: Umatilla, OR to Waitsberg, WA
Day 7: Waitsberg, WA to Clarkston, WA

Aaiko was the first to get each day's destination right. He's cleaning up here! Makes me wonder if somebody's checking my mailbox before I get home...

Honorable mention goes to JackGuy for guessing Lewiston, ID based on the historical clue. That was apparently Tom's original planned destination, so one consolation point for you.

Postcard #5 has not arrived yet. Based on the pattern so far, I'd guess that it will probably cover days 8 and 9. Feel free to guess now, and I'll post an update when it gets here.
Day 8: Saint Maries, ID
Day 9: Wallace,ID
Day 8: Chatcolet, ID
Day 9: Osburn, ID
Day 8: Coeur D' Alene, ID
Day 9: Sandpoint, ID
Day 8: Boise, ID

Wild guess.. :\
"I guess nobody else wants to win anything."

No offence, but really this is an american only thing, people in north america have a definate edge over the rest of the world due to cultural and language differences.

Yes we can use the internet, but that edge is still there.
I would enter, but this is honestly a somewhat screwed up contest. Aaiko is let in on it (I'm sure of it). People in other countries can't do it, and people with no motor skills, or who can't guess worth the damn are excluded as well.

EDIT:
Day 8: Mars
Day 9: Venus
Day after that: Paris
After that: Toronto
After that: Rome
After that: Russia
After that: Japan
I live in the United States and I don't know crap about the area travelled so far. I could do just as good if it was in England and there was as detailed maps of it.

As for the mistake (or misleading information) in the last card, Wallowa Lake is 120 miles away from Umatilla. I think the card Tom was supposed to buy was a card of Lake Wallula, not Wallowa Lake.

I'm in on it? Haha. I wish the BYOND staff thought that high of me. I'm sure I still have more respect to earn before I'm "let in" on anything such as a BYOND contest.
H4X <_<
Yeah. I hacked into Mike's porch camera and used my super zoom abilities to read the card. Don't tell anybody! I wouldn't want to get disqualified!
You can't fool me... I know what I'm talking about...

You're with the CIA, too. I know you people are watching me. Just know that you can't hear what I'm thinking, so I'll still launch my master plan..
Aaiko spent so much money bribing people to vote Seika that he needs to win some prizes himself to keep out of the red. =P
What are you talking about, Elation?

I just want BYOND 4.0, I don't care about any other prize.
Day 8, June 17th, 2006, Lowell, ID.
Day 9, June 18th, 2006, Lolo, MT.
And I like spending time with you too, Aaiko!
Day 8: June 17th 2006 @ Syringa, ID
Day 9: June 18th 2006 @ Missoula, MT
It's a longshot... but I have faith in Tom.
[EDIT]
Also, Gumshoe's guess about Goldendale (which we assumed was Maryhill) is no longer valid as both day and location were incorrect.
[/EDIT]
Where in the world is Mike-o del Byondo?
Soviet Russia. Final answer.
Where in the world is Mike-o del Byondo?

Taking cold showers and working on installing a new water heater. Coming soon to a blog near you!

Postcards 5 and 6 are here (5 does cover days 8 and 9). If I don't have time to scan and post #5 tonight (I'd like to have hot water for my shower in the morning if possible!) I'll post it tomorrow for sure.
