He needs a nerf simple as that and should be banned till then.
Bug with hanzo is Ibuse numbing poison. It affects poison immune charaters so they are stunned. Since they are immune to poison they shouldnt be stunned. Also hanzo's charater can hit u with numbing poison from just about off screen this really needs to be addressed bc its numbing poison your stunned and then he unsummons ibuse to use 1 more jutsu and finish u. Theres no counter for this and it needs nerf other wise every game hanzo will win it
