Problem description:

I have a problem with this line # include error pops up:

implementation.dm: 1: error: unable to open .

What Leur means is that you probably still need it.
Download the library and compile it.
Then open your Lib folder in DM, and check the box next to Deadron.Basecamp.

And if it's not there, try manually adding it to your Lib folder in My Documents/BYOND/Lib.
