Being able to last hit really well is nice. Landing your skill shots more often than not helps. But being able to win a team fight when you're at a disadvantage, capitalize by taking 2 turrets and an inhibitor, split push bottom and bait the enemy team into camping Baron while your minion waves eat away at your enemy's remaining turrets is NEXT LEVEL.

Admittedly, support is my weakest role, but I'll still do it. I need more support champs though lol. I have like...Leona, Blitzcrank, Fiddlesticks...that's about it, unless you choose to use an irregular support like Annie. I've been trying to work on my support skills, but it's still my weakest area :/ Oh well. New queue mode? | |

That's what normals are for, messing around. Ranked role queue would be so annoying. Even when you get past the "meta enforcement". Games would take forever to get started because everyone would be like, "We need the perfect comp". Then you gotta remember this comes BEFORE the actual draft, so your comp could get thrown away because of bans. I don't see it going to ranked any time soon. I personally don't want it in ranked because it's bad enough my Volibear support "is trolling". My Jarvan support "is trolling". My hipster self played Annie/Fiddle support before it went pro scene. | |
When I get Nidalee support I just AFK, I'm officially done putting up with trying to lane with Nidalees. Just thinking about it makes me want to punch a wall.
