Immoveable Mobs?

Problem description: I have absolutely no idea where in my code this could be happening, but something is rendering my players and mobs absolutely moveless. If it helps, I'm using the Bleach Life and Death source. (Pathetic I know.) But, if you can help me as to where I can find the solution to this, i'd much appreciate it.

And this is why you don't use other people's sources. Delete what you have and start properly.
