I saw this link on a blog, really interesting(and disturbing) Tons of photos from North Korea, and based on the comments made i'm sure these are actually the nicer parts they're willing to show. This looks straight out of 1984.

The cubes on the side of the road for stopping the tanks are the part that interested me the most. Just that they're preparing for a war basically.
