Per Tom in the "The BYOND Fund-o-meter and how you can help" topic:

"Just FYI, as of a few weeks ago, the $100 standalone is an option under all hub entries (the "distribution" tab). It is ad-free with no splash."

I mean, it's been available for a long time now, but recently it's been added to your hub editor's Distribution tab for $100.
