The shuttle's on the second floor down from where you start.
West of your starting point, right outside of the bridge, there's a ladder down. Descend, and you should be right next to another ladder down; descend it too. Now you should be in a hallway, follow it about for about half a screen and there should be a south branch with a windowed door immediately on the right side. Open it and go through, and you're in a big room with several horizontal lines going through it, go to the south-east corner of the room and there should be a big blue blast door. Open it, go through, and close it behind you (to stop the critter from getting through), then just follow the long hallway you're in and descend the ladder at the end. Pop through the white door, close it behind you, go up to the shuttle's command console and hit launch.
