Unlike when firing a normal arrow, there seems to be issues with firing downward with the "Step Back!" Shot and The Ultimate Arrow.
When firing the "Step Back!" Shot downward, the arrow will face downward but the arrow will still fly forward (the direction you are facing) and it will still knock you backward (away from the direction you face) instead of upward.
As for The Ultimate Arrow, it seems to properly fire downward but it still faces the direction you were facing when you fired it.
