Possible ways to purchase the Blue Book?

I was wondering, since my mom is going to "secretly" order the blue book for me for christmas, whats all the possible ways of payment? is there anyway we can just send a western union your way?

Check, credit card, BYONDime, money order, cattle, or basically anything that translates into dollars without too much trouble.
