Here are my two questions
1) Is HTML enabled in statpanels?
and if so
2) How would i change the sytle of the background and font?
I already know the ""
part, im just not sure how i would place it, to make it effect all, or just one statpanel. Please help

Nope, it ain't.
Stat panels may eventually allow HTML, I suspect, but in the meantime you're basically limited to using the mini-browser for that kind of thing.
