Could I submit a banner for the referrals section? I was bored and looking through the site, and saw those banners. I decided to make one. Not much of an outcome, but its still a banner:

Seriously, though... don't upload images as bitmaps -- never, never, never! Not only are they depressingly slow and massive, but only IE can load them (and if Microsoft had any sense, they shouldn't have allowed it to). =P
