How often are items that are submitted reviewed? Is there like a weekly time that this takes place? Or it just when and IF you ever get around to it? Otherwise I'm just left to wonder...

The submissions are reviewed when the reviewers get some free time -- right now, the current reviewer is off on a vacation, so that only leaves Dantom, who have other more pressing issues to worry about. =)
