Yo. Obviously I can log in to the boards, but recently I had to reformat my computer. Now I try to login through dreamseeker, but it keeps coming up with 'Invalid login' errors. Im using the same info I use to log into the boards, so it should work. Any ideas?

But its up to you to do that ok. Lee |

We don't have the best system in place here, so it is possible to be logged into the forums and not logged into the hub, for example. If you are able to login to one but not the other, that is a bit odd. My guess is that the forum has your old password saved and you are entering an invalid one when attempting to access the other sections. If that is the case, we can reset your password for you. Just send an email to [email protected]. Dan recently converted some stuff over on the hub to make the site more secure. This involved changing the login information for some older keys, so if you have been using a saved login you may have to reenter your password. We expect that a certain number of people may have forgotten their original password. If this happens to you, just send us an email and we can take care of it. |

You guys might want to look at your new security stuff... I definitely haven't forgotten my password, but I'm getting an invalid login when I try to use my key through Dreamseeker on this computer... and for the record, I had to enter my password to log into the forums in order to type this message.

Yep, the key retrieval (needed to convert your old, insecure password) appears to be busted. It doesn't affect the web stuff, which already uses the greater security. I guess this explains Elorien's problem too. We should have a fix tommorow. Sorry about that! |
I had this problem once and it worked by changing my password on the boards :)
Try changing your password on here and then logging onto the Dream Seeker :)
