ok...it seems the router in the office was down, so we had someone reboot it, and all appears to be well again...
but I know that this is an intermittent problem with an old router box (software is not compatible with our setup I think), so you may experience the site being down occasionally over the next few weeks. I don't have much control over this problem, so please check back often if you are having trouble getting to digitalBYOND - it will be online as long as the router is online... | |
