HElp, Problem with BYOND!

I was playing Dragonball:A New Era last night when the server screwed up, and I haven't been able to get in any games since then. I reinstalled BYOND but now can't even retrieve my key! What's wrong?

The hub has been a little flaky recently; it's experiencing some temporary problems. If this hasn't been resolved by now, it should be soon.
