Can we rename this to general? People seem to think it's for code help....

But they seem to do it alot more, probably becuase of the Q&A on there.

I have not noticed much of an increase in code questions. However, I'm not fond of the Q&A name. I thought "BYOND System" might be better, but that also sounds too general. To some, games and code might be part of the system. I thought of "BYOND Itself", but I'm not sure that's much better. "BYOND Features" is another one.

"Tool Features" seems more accurate in my sleep-deprived mind. It's my current favorite.
