Well, I always think up better names for my game...and I don't like to have the old name in my folder. Could we have an option to rename folders(game)

(The Generic Western Shoot 'em up game is called "Battle", Super Hero Bash was called "Dark Knights" or something like that, etc)

And, could we also have an option to rename .dm files?

I think this is a pretty awesome idea. On a completely different subject, I just thought of a feature that could be quite handy. I was just going to post it in a new topic, but that would be sort of rude seeing as how you already have a topic that hasn't been replied to (I really hate it when I take the time to make a post and it just gets burried by useless crap).

Anyway, I was thinking that an icon.Export() would be extremely useful. Something like the savefile.ExportText() proc, it would allow you to export your icon datum to different file types, including png. This would make it easier to use BYOND graphics with browser based programs, as well make it possible to make icon editers with BYOND.
LOL! I thought that was some sort of mess up of a battle system!
i rename my dm files with no problem and the folders too. All you gotta do is right click, then hit rename and when you open DM, you will recieve like 100 errors, but once you clean compile, it will be fixed and ready with your renamed game.
Like Branks said earlier, simply rename the file outside of DM going thru Windows Explorer or My Computer, and then on your environment file (.dme) rename the #include (filename).dm

Thats a nuisance. Also, sincee the file tree in dream maker supports the delete option, I think it should also support rename and move.

Hear hear!

It'd be good to have the same right-click menu as Windows Explorer, if that could be done.
