Yes. You need to enter "irc://address:port".

Ok. Thanks. Is there a way to make a game connect to IRC and actually send messages to IRC through the game?

Nope. You can use Dream Seeker as a (somewhat limited) IRC client, but BYOND can't act as a bot for IRC.

Might be something to consider for a request, if you want to formally make it one.

I think I will make a request. Having a game connect to IRC can be useful for me.
