Well, how do you get dream seeker to read my computers ip and not the routers. Because not being able to host my own game really sucks!
You are being NATed. Every computer on your network is seen as the router's IP on the outside world. What you need to do is make it so that the router forwards the port in which you are hosting on to your computer. I have absolutely no experience in this (no DSL/Cable service in my area), so that is as far as I can go.
