Banner Question

This doesn't have to do with the creation of banners, but rather when the banners pop up by the 8 arrows and square when using Dream Seeker. Is there an order they appear in, like alphabetical, or is it strictly random?

Displayed banners are selected randomly, whether at the website or in DreamSeeker.

I know I posted the first part of this like a year ago, but also do they only appear if they're not in the "unpublished" section?

Barring bugs, yes. Only entries accepted to Byond channels show up in the banner rotation.

The games in the unpublished section of Fangames.DragonBallZ show banners on the site and in DS.
