So I have stared reading through the blue book, and have done zbt rpg tutorial. I was wondering what would you recommend as my first small project? I was thinking of doing a small one or two level dungeon crawler or a sidescroller/platformer. Ideas and suggestions are welcome.

i wish i had people some guidance or a friend to share my progress with. *shrugs* i guess ill use this as a journal.

Im still studing the blue book but im also starting a mini dungeon crawler.

You can always post in Developer Help if you have questions or problems regarding the DM language or ask some opinions about something in Design Philosophy.

Just... Try to recreate something you like if you don't have a goal in mind. You can easily ask around on the forums how these things were accomplished.
