Remnant Theorum.

I have a theorem about remnants. The success of a place is determined by how many stable people there are on the site.

The theory is that if 1/2 leave past it's peak time, the site will die, and if 2/3rds leave, the site is on it's death throes.

While these are strong assumptions, They are powerful guidelines, of which this discussion is about.
