Hello. There has been a friend of mine who had his key abnned a LONG time ago for no reason. He said he wasn't scamming and he wasn't doing anything illegal. This happened sometime last year or even later. The key was MXReacon. He would like it back. There are some important stuff on there, including a year subscription to BYONDscape that he hasn't been able to use because it was banend about a month after he bought the Blue Book some time ago. Deadron, can you please fix this name as soon as possible and possibly restore his BYONDscape account to where it was before the ban happened.

There is no record of him being banned, the only thing I found on the account was a bad login flag which bans the key for a little while to prevent hacking, I cleared the flag, and it *should* work.

This smells like a scam to me, just because he is banned dosent mean its stopping him from E-mailing the staff.
Why dosn't your friend just E-mail Dantom or someone else from the staff? |

Thank you, Nadrew. This happened a long time ago and I have contacted Dan and Tom numerous times but no response. Can the BYONDscape sub be restored too?

I am sorry to say this but I do rememebr the password but it is saying login failed. Nadrew, can you send me the password on AOL? Sekato is perfectly okay with this. This was technically both of our names since it was used for BYONDscape. We forgot the email that it was registered with and everything. We need some help here.

Hmmmmmmmmm, well, I think I know it because in the past when I tried the password, I would get the banned thingy where I gotta send an email to DanTom. But now it isn't working.

We get people trying to "steal" other accounts. We can't send info to anything other than the person's original email address to keep this from happening. |

On the login screen for your account (where you enter your password and key, in the browser at BYOND.com), you can access the BYOND Locksmith. He can help you with getting those passwords changed, using the old e-mail account. Other than that, there really isn't much you can do to retrieve a lost account, so he would need to create a new one.
