Wolf01	My pager and hub tabs only turn on in the first window opened. How is that? Also, If I try to page via a game verb, it says "You are not able to send pages at this time." Help!

If you are behind a firewall and have to specify a pager port, then there is nothing you can do about it. BYOND 4.0 will have a single pager window for all your DS windows, but that's quite a while off.

If you are not behind a firewall or router, you may set your pager port to 0 in the DS preferences (Options menu -> Preferences -> Pager tab) and each instance of DS will work normally (though you will recieve pages in different DS windows, usually the one on top.)

You probably have the "Pager Port" option in Dream Seeker set. Since DS only has one port available to use for the pager, only one window gets to use the pager.
